Justin M. Smigelsky joined Timothy J. Little, P.C. in 2013. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2012, and has experience in the areas of estate planning; probate & estate administration; trust & estate litigation including Will contests, Power of Attorney abuse & pre-death misconduct, insolvency petitions, fiduciary obligations, actions to settle/compel settlement of estates, and cemetery, funeral & interment/disinterment law; divorce and family law; elder law; commercial & residential real estate transactions; landlord/tenant law & eviction proceedings; criminal and municipal defense; personal injury; workers’ compensation; and general litigation.
Mr. Smigelsky received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware in May of 2012. While at Widener, he served as Research Editor for the Widener Law Review, President of the Military Law Society, and Research Assistant to Professor James R. May. He completed his undergraduate studies at Rutgers College, Rutgers University – New Brunswick with a B.A. in criminal justice and a minor in political science. While at Rutgers, he was a varsity member of the Division I wrestling team.
